The courage to change course

The courage to change course
When she was younger, Cassandre dreamed of being a mounted police officer. Passionate about horseback riding, she naturally chose an agricultural high school diploma, then started a two-year technical degree in the food industry. She didn't feel like she belonged. Despite the fear of disappointing her mother, she made a courageous decision: to stop everything. To bounce back, she worked for three years in a retirement home. A strong human experience, but too emotionally heavy for this lively young woman. It was finally through a career guidance program that she discovered her true calling: sales.
A fresh start at Norauto

A fresh start at Norauto
After a first successful experience in shoe sales, the Covid-19 crisis brought her momentum to a halt. Cassandre needed to work and applied to Norauto, somewhat by chance. She knew nothing about mechanics, but she had energy to spare. She arrived right in the middle of the summer peak season. The pace was intense, but she held on. Thanks to her sunny disposition, her thirst for learning, and the caring support of her management, she integrated perfectly and quickly proved herself.
Sweeping away prejudices

Sweeping away prejudices
Quickly establishing oneself as a young woman in a traditionally male-dominated sector is not always easy. At first, some colleagues were perplexed by her rapid rise. On the customer side, stereotypes sometimes die hard. She still occasionally welcomes customers who look over her head to speak to a male colleague, even if she is the one training him! But Cassandre never loses her composure. She takes a step back, keeps her smile, and proves her legitimacy through her expertise and professionalism.
Motherhood and ambition

Motherhood and ambition
Just after becoming an assistant manager, Cassandre became pregnant. She feared this news would slow down her professional development. To her great surprise, the exact opposite happened. Her team and management encouraged her. Upon her return from maternity leave, she was even given new responsibilities with the promise of becoming a sales manager if she succeeded in her mission. A bet won hands down, which reinforced her desire to build her career within the company, with a new goal in mind: becoming a center director before she turns 40.

Her job
Cassandre is a sales manager in an automotive center. On a daily basis, she is the right hand of the store director. She manages a team of about ten people (salespeople, work-study students, interns) with one main mission: to help them grow and ensure they are happy to come to work. She also spends a lot of time on the floor, interacting with customers, particularly to handle disputes. It is a job that requires a lot of empathy, listening skills, organization, and a good deal of psychology to find fair solutions for everyone.
Her commitments and values
For Cassandre, people come first. She considers her team as a second family and makes it a point of honor to be fair and attentive. She deeply believes in the right to make mistakes and the importance of listening to oneself to find one's path. Very attached to the respect of living things, she is also sensitive to animal welfare and nature protection.

What Cassandre Agaësse shares:
« We only have one life, so if you feel like something is wrong, you have to listen to yourself and not be afraid to start over. »
« I like seeing them happy to come to work, and I tell myself: I've succeeded. »
