Love making things!

Love making things!

From a very young age, Audrey loved to build and assemble. LEGO was more than a toy; it was a way to experiment and create. This passion for making led her to excel in mathematics and to choose a scientific path, despite the fact that few of her friends had followed that route.

A difference? No, an asset!

A difference? No, an asset!

After graduating from engineering school at Centrale Lille, she began her career at Renault in a predominantly male environment. Far from being intimidated, she turned that difference into an asset. Each challenge overcome strengthened her self-confidence and her ability to manage teams.

Tech, a world to explore

She then joined OVHcloud, where she found the same production environment but with a more agile corporate culture open to dialogue.

Their commitments and values

Their commitments and values

She advocates a management approach based on listening and respect. For her, every employee should feel comfortable in their work environment in order to give their best.

She encourages young people, and especially girls, to pursue careers in industry, a sector still too often perceived as masculine. She shows through her journey that technical and social aspects are not opposed: one can be both passionate about manufacturing and attentive to others.

What Audrey shares with you:

“Listen to yourself, be curious and dare to try! If something interests you, don’t be afraid to explore. Meet professionals, visit companies, do internships. Fear is normal, but it should not hold you back. Understand it, master it and move forward!”

She also sends a message to little girls who are judged too talkative: “Don’t hold yourselves back, you may have a natural talent for management!”

Their profession

Her role is crucial: she operates and manages the Data Center's infrastructure, oversees the maintenance program, and ensures the proper functioning of servers for clients. She leads a team of 80 people and must ensure the site's growth while maintaining a high level of service.

Working in a Data Center means being where the Internet becomes physical: managing water, networks, electricity… A world often little known but essential to the proper functioning of the digital realm.

Her role consists of:

  • Facilitating meetings among experts to accelerate technological progress,
  • Popularizing research to make it accessible and inspire new generations,
  • Identifying and attracting the talent needed for major scientific revolutions.

She is the link between different worlds, making the impossible possible.
