The art of revealing talents
An engineer by training, Marina first worked in the food industry before realizing that know-how was not enough: you also have to know how to communicate it. Today, she supports young people and adults to help them find their path, gain self-confidence, and thrive in their work.
Timeline
Chronological journey
A childhood on the move

A childhood on the move
Born in Amiens, Marina spent her childhood moving every four or five years due to her engineer father's job transfers. While these constant changes forced her to adapt and open up to others, they also made her realize something important: she wanted to be independent. Seeing her mother having to look for work with every new move, Marina promised herself she would have a say in her future life choices.
Martine on the farm

Martine on the farm
Drawn to biology and a desire for freedom, Marina joined an agricultural engineering school in Lyon. But the real surprise came during her worker internship! A city girl at heart, she found herself on a farm in the Dordogne region. Between her fear of spiders, sick rabbits, and cabbages planted upside down, the experience was epic. She finally found her calling at the markets, multiplying sales thanks to her interpersonal skills.
The power of communication

The power of communication
After several years in the food industry, Marina worked in incubators to support business creators. There, she met brilliant scientists, capable of great discoveries, but who couldn't convince others due to a lack of communication skills. She then learned an essential lesson: working hard is not enough; you also have to know how to promote what you do and make yourself visible.
Revealing talents

Revealing talents
Building on these experiences, Marina decides to put her engineering degree to work for people. She creates her own company, “Com'Toi même”, to become a professional success coach. Her goal? To help students, scientists, and professionals find their place, communicate more effectively, and turn their doubts into strengths.

Her profession
Today, Marina is a professional success coach. In practice, no two of her days are the same! She may teach classes to students to prepare them for the working world, help adults change careers, or train managers in companies. Her aim is to build confidence, teach effective communication, and bring out each person's talents.
Her commitments and values
Marina is convinced that sensitivity, often seen as a weakness, is actually a tremendous strength. Having herself discovered that she had high intellectual potential (HPI), she knows that a neurodivergent profile is a genuine asset in the workplace. She encourages everyone to dare, listen to themselves, and not simply settle for working hard, but also learn to showcase their own value.

What Marina shares:
“A neurodivergent profile is a great asset for a company: it thinks outside the box, it is creative, and when placed in the right conditions, it is a gem.”
“Working well is no longer enough; you have to be clear, visible, and impactful.”
