When difference becomes a driving force to change the world
Justin grew up thinking his dyslexia would close off many paths. Ultimately, it was what opened up the world to him. A reporter, committed entrepreneur, explorer of cultures and now Head of Social Impact at OVHcloud, he has always sought to understand, connect, and reveal what everyone can contribute. His journey shows that a difficulty can become a strength, and that an encounter can change a life.

Justin grows up surrounded by electricity and tradespeople, but he already feels that this world is not his. Dyslexic, he is steered very early toward a vocational path he did not choose. When he enters an art school, everything changes: he discovers photography, storytelling and self-confidence. His older brother becomes his first role model and shows him that creativity can open every door.

At 18, Justin sets off on a long journey through Turkey, Syria, Lebanon and India. He photographs, meets families, explores cultures and comes to understand the richness of human diversity. It is there that he realizes nothing is impossible and that he wants to tell the world. This trip becomes a revelation: his differences no longer hold him back, they carry him.

With Pictoaccess, Justin is committed to making places accessible to everyone and learns the realities of an engaged entrepreneur. But he wants to return to concrete, human-centered work. At OVHcloud, he finds a vast space to act: to support, protect, bring people together, and make diversity a collective strength. He now develops social projects to open up possibilities from an early age.
