Illustration of the "Think differently" stage in Jérémy Dumont's journey

Think differently

Jérémy has always seen the world differently: as a child he took apart everything he could find to understand how it works. Long misunderstood, he discovered much later that he is dyslexic, ADHD, and gifted… which explains his unique way of learning, imagining and analyzing.

Today, he builds data centers around the world and manages a team by valuing what makes each person unique: their differences. A journey that shows you can succeed by being yourself — and even because of it.

Curious Childhood

Curious Childhood

In Tourcoing, Jérémy grew up in a caring family, always surrounded by his brothers and sisters… and the things he'd taken apart. Nothing could resist his curiosity: consoles, toys, small gadgets. Very good at maths but struggling with spelling, he didn't understand why school felt so repetitive. It was only much later that he discovered he was dyslexic — and that his brain works differently.

The Revelation

The Revelation

After high school, he explores several paths: DUT, engineering school, a technical-sales diploma… but social interactions exhaust him, and nothing really seems right for him. It is at 23 that he finally learns he is dyslexic, has ADHD and is gifted. A revelation: he understands his strengths, his limits, and why he doesn't function "like others". For the first time, he can move forward with pride.

Finding your path

Finding your path

Thanks to a chance encounter, he discovers OVHcloud and joins the engineering department, knowing nothing about construction. He asks hundreds of questions, learns everything on the job, then becomes an engineer… and now a manager. He organizes his days according to his energy, finds a balance, and discovers that thinking differently is a real asset for solving complex problems.

« Dare to try, ask questions, explore. »

« Find an environment where you can be yourself: that's where you'll shine. »

Their profession

Jérémy builds data centers, those large buildings that make the Internet, video games and the services you use every day work. He designs the spaces, coordinates the work and makes sure everything is solid, safe and well thought out.

What does he like best? Turning an idea into a real building, like a giant Lego connected to the entire world.
